What fastner was used Cowl Ventilator

Would someone take a look at their cowl ventilator hinge point and see what fastner was used. The hole in the vent is 5/16, while the slot in the body mount is 1/4. I think it may be 2 shoulder bolts, but I would like to know for sure.

To many brain cells lost since I stripped the truck last July.
