If you do not have oil on your brake drum surface when you took it apart, chances are your inner axle seals are not leaking. If you have a lot of oil/grease build up on the trunnion area from the knuckle felts, then they may need to be replaced. Here is the number for the felt seal, Federal Mogul 5M544. You can get them through NAPA. Before you install them soak the seals in a pan of oil SAE 30W. They keep water and dust out.
