don start with regulator free. Slide the glass in so that the front is pointing down. Turn the glass so it goes into the channel in the door. By adjusting the regulator arms, and lowering or raisig the glass you can get one roller on then slide the roller ahead or back on the track and get the other.It helps if you have an extra pair f hands.
