I have a '66 D-200 for sale
It has a slant 6 and a four speed granny gear although I dont know what model tranny.
The motor is strong, rebuilt 1bbl carb new coil dist. ign. box fuel pump no smoke no noise. tranny is good clutch a little weak. Needs slave cylinder. Bad rot where the doors bolt to the cab and rocker panels. Good front clip 9' stepside 1 dented fender useable wood and tailgate.
The '86 was in the process of rebuilding before I lost intrest. 360 top end rebuilt edelbrock cam lifters and intake Holley 4150 HP650cfm. Rebuilt 727 trans and Np 203 case. 3" body lift 35" boggers little tread AR rims. Body a litle rough but almost no rust front wheelwells have been cut a little for clearance. Front rear needs help. Needs gauge panel.
