I don't think I believe you, but you know a lot more about these trucks than I do, so I probably should believe you. It looks to me like somebody took the sides off an old station wagon and put them on his truck. But I'll play along --- do you also mean that dodge put these rocket-ship sides on the bed and then left the regular old farmer-john tailgate like that? I'm sorry, it might be rare and valuable and if you say it came that way from the factory, it probably did, but it still looks like an abortion to me. Whatever it is, that one is a beautiful specimen of it.
