Ok. Well this is a GENERAL thing, BUT, If you are talking about a 2bbl 318 and a 2bbl 360, the best bet in identifying them is to look at the carb. If the Carb is a really small 2bbl Stromberg, Ball and Ball or Carter, than it is a 318. Many people, expecially those not farmilliar with MOPAR will say that is a 1 bbl because it is soo small! but you look down it and its a 2 bbl. Now, if you have the larger 2bbl like a Holley or the large Carter, than its a 360. Some 360s from the factory in the '80's had Rochester Q-jets stock as well. I know this aint much help, but its a starting point.
