I couldn't make out much of that post, but John and RD answered most of your questions. If you decide to go with the 258, there are a lot of options from both Mopar and Clifford to make it as strong as a V-8. Also there is the 318 Poly option. All the swaps are equaly as hard/easy, same type application, different part numbers; engine mounts, trans adapters, drive line adjustments, etc. When you decide upon a specific engine there are a lot of knowledgable people here that can give you specifics.
