If you consider this minor incident as your wife letting you down, then you better stop at a store on the way home tonight and buy her some very nice flowers. You really have a gem for a wife if she is willing to put up with our love of dirty old stinky trucks (a womans view of our hobby). But remember, in return you should point out something that she really likes from time to time such a garage sale or etc. and be willing to stop.
My wife suggested that we stop at a junk yard that carries Willys last Saturday on the way home from snow boarding. She sat in the car for a max of five minutes then wandered out into the yard to find me and help me look at some roofs and how they were attached.
P.S. She woke me out of a deep sleep Saturday and "made" me go snow boarding instead of doing yard work that I had planned. Wives sure can be demanding at times.
