Lakewood sells a bellhousing that adapts the NV4500 to a BB. I'd guess this is more like their racing bellhousings made of formed steel (plenty beefy). Do you have a mechanical or hydraulic clutch? I'd bet the Lakewood bell would be mechanical and would probably be styled after a 80's or 90's truck.
Summit or Jeg's should be able to give you a price on the Lakewood Bellhousing, probably around $300. I don't know about the input shaft length and spline count...
