I used Zero Rust on the floor boards and put fiberglass over that. The Zero Rust bonds well to the rusted metal and the fiberglass resin bonds well to the Zero Rust. It has worked very well and is still bonded. The only problem is like "The Dodge Boys" said, the glass/resin products like fiberglass and Bondo don't flex or bend like steel so there are fractures in it. Hasn't created a problem yet.
