Here I am - just starting into the restoration process and realizing that I will need some wheels and tires just to roll the bare frame around. Got to make a decision soon. I read the post below on tire types and selection - good web link with photos!

Looking for some more opinions. I like big tires. Tall and skinny. But I also like those that look like they should be on a hummer. There was one picture from the rally that had a purplish red truck with huge tires that looked good too. I also like the standard military nondirectionals. The truck now has really tall bus like tires. Geez they look cool - but I need some thoughts please.
