I put a complete front seat from an early 90's F&*d ranger extended cab in my 1960 (sime size floor pan as your '64). This is a 60/40 split bench. The advantage of using one out of an extended cab is that the seats are made to slide all the way forward to allow access to the back seats. I had to modify the mounts on the bottom of the seats though. I cut off the old mounts and welded angle iron on the bottom. I bakced up the new holes with flat plate and havn't looked back since.
