rearching a leaf spring

I have a leaf spring that needs to be re-arched, can I do this myself ? or do I need to send it out, Any input on this, shops that do this kind of work, cost (approx.), or maybe some place to buy new ??? It's for a military trailer I just picked up..Thanks
