No, your doing what we all do - The process of elimination - You went through the front end, you say the rear end is ok, tranny swapped out, TC appears fine and from what I recall, the problem appears when you are in 4 wheel drive and 4th gear. Have you checked the front propeller shaft to make sure it is not bent?
