The correct carb is a carter BS 3277s. The governor is adjustable. Included should be a alan key attached to what looks like a bottle cap with holes around the rim. I removed my governor when I replaced the incorrect carb with a rebuild. The rebuild cost me 141.77 dollars. I have also a NOS Carb which will be used at a later date. The Carb for the 251 is hard to find. I have alot of the older style ET.. type carb kicking around ( correct for the 230).
