When I recorded the S/N I thought I had recorded from the door. You are right - now I remember recording from the drivers side front door mount plate (for lack of a proper term). thanks - I am now convinced I have a 1952. Also - the seller has the title and I will get it in a couple of weeks. He too says it is a 1952. I will double check the frame. Thanks. I feel like a grasshopper who has so much to learn.
