Hi Ron,
Here is what I know...the 318LA fuel pump will fit a 318A (Poly). The 318A was derived from the 315. I am just about certain that these pumps are inter-changeable, HOWEVER, take your old pump with you to NAPA and compare before you buy the new 318LA pump.
