the fender is not as thick on the vertical edge of the flair, just a tad different than D/W300. If you know Digger, J Eickoffs friend you will see he has the same fenders on his blue and white W300, shown on Johns website.
I only know the difference visually as I have
10 assorted Dodges from 100-600 at my house.
There are four different fenders used on Sweptlines:
D/W 100-200
D/W 300
D 400-600 (light 600)
D 600 (heavy axle) - 800 (and W500)
