First thing you should do is get ride of that electic fuel pump and put the right one in its place on the block. Then you wouldnt have to listen for the noise. It would start pumping the moment the engine turns over!!!!! If Dodge wanted a electric pump on the Power Wagon it would have put it on. Get rid of it!!!!!!!
