Yes! by all means that is a great deal. Id latch right on to it and keep it. The W-200s are awesome trucks! I had a 68 W-200 and a '70 W-200. I woulda kept the '70 as it was a jewel, but she burned up on me one day. It is not fixable unfortunatly. Grab that truck and dont let it go! By the way, 1971 is my favorite year.
