This engine was available in the late forties into the early fifties on Chrysler cars, mabe DeSoto also. From what I have found, they were 251s initially but were 265s beginning around 1952.
Aside from the spiffy cylinder head, wiring loom etc, I don't think it was any different than the other flatheads of the same vintage.
You can often find just the cylinder heads at Hershey, Carlisle shows etc.
