The stock studs will work and the inside stock wheel is OK. What you will need is a dual type Budd five hole wheel for the outside rim and you will need the Budd dual wheel nuts. One nut (threads inside and outside) fastens the inner wheel and the other nut (large hole) fastens the outer wheel over the double threaded nut. The Budd five hole dual wheel is from some heavy duty military trailers and are scarce.
