What tranmission did you get? SM465?
Best setup for clutch is to go with a hydraulic remote master cylinder setup with reservoir on the firwall with mc under the floorboard, use either a hydraulic throw out bearing or external slave cylinder depending on choice of bellhousing (hydraulic to bearing will work well with the bellhousing you already have).
For throttle, good unit is to use a Lokar eliminator pedal with thirty inch cable to the injector pump (do you have the rotary or inline pump, and is it the Bosch, Lucus, or Nippendenso unit?)
