1. Make sure your water line is not kinked or plugged up. 2.The water flow is controlled by a solenoid valve. There should be an electrical schematic on the back side of the unit that shows this. Make sure it is getting power, wires ok, etc. 3.Check to see that the solenoid valve is operating. You can hear it operate when it opens to let water into unit. 3.The switch that controls the valve must have power also. 4.Check out all wires to be sure they are in place sometimes they fall off terminals, as they are push on type that slide on tabs. 5. Checkout local appliance repair shops for spare parts and advice. Sometimes they are helpful since they want to sell you a part. 6. If all else fails buy me an airplane ticket & I will come fix it for you! Good luck! Todd
