I find that I post-process most of the digital images that I keep or send off to somebody. I use Photoshop for this, tho many programs are available.
You can "zoom" in or crop or change pretty much anything.
Most of the digital len's impart a significent amount of barrel distortion to the image; this can be corrected also.
