I would think that depended on the skill of the previous owner. If I remember right Power Wagons used to be tools not collectors items. They were fixed and repaired in the field as best as could be managed at the time. If the repair held then why fix it later. That was a very common attitude 50 years ago. Also The guy says he is in Alberta. Most rednecks still live in the south unless like me they had to move away due to jobs and such. Maby it was a black guy that welded it or a mexican, but then you woudnt say that because that isnt politically correct. Its only Ok to bash poor white people now I guess.
