I use a IR 1/4" General Duty Die Grinder. It is more heavy duty than a pencil grinder. I got mine through WW Grainger (stock #6Z564). You have to get someone to get it for you because Grainger sells only to companies not the general public. It is an Ingersol-Rand (IR #308)
