Deal with him. See if you can get hims down some. Good winches are not cheap.
THe rims are combat rims. They were used on the WWII Dodge WC trucks. They will work fine on the PW. They never came on the PW, however I have seen a few of the original test PWs with them.
I originally bought mine in Archorage at a bank repossion sale in 1987. A lot of the set net operators use to use the PW for beach work. You might get rid of some of the parts by advertizing in Homer and Kenai.
