Ok I'll bite...
The 64 w200 is a sweptline.

About the only thing you may be able to salvage will be the engine, bellhousing, engine mount frame extensions and the transmission.
Check out the front axle king pins - grab the left front tire at the 12 o'clock position and shake the truck side to side. If you feel a knock knock PLAN to replace ALL the steering gear (king pins, tie rod ends, drop link, and steering box). The transfer case is likely shot - they leaked oil and few folks ever repaired the seals. I don't know what you mean by lockouts - If you mean locking diffs then the axles are likely bent from pushing snow. If you mean hubs then great - you may be able to sell or trade them for wm300 parts. The steering box is too light duty for a wm300.
The 318 poly is a great motor but it is heavy and big. It is not likely to fit well in a wm300 engine bay. A poly 318 will fit a m37.
Be sure to check the rear axle out - it is the strongest part of the running gear but CAN be blown. Pushing snow is very hard on a w200. The frame just was not that tough and the rest of the truck demanded a lot of repair. The years really pileup pushing snow.
The pto for the winch came from the transfer case - not the transmission. The winch will be a 6000 pound unit - NOT heavy enough for a wm300. Buy the correct unit from vintage - you will not be sorry for having the correct equipment. When you need a winch the money spent to get the right stuff is money that will keep you from getting hurt or killed.
Winches and cables are dangerous tools. Buy cheap and things break.

I just bought a 64 w200 parts truck. $350.00
no windshield, 1 blown driveshaft, body panels are ok,it runs, no winch, no bed floor.
I paid the guy more than it is worth. By the time I get it apart and take the junk to the salvage yard I'll easily have 1500 or more into the parts which will need rebuilding. A tcase rebuild will be 1500, the engine will be 1200-2000, the axles 1000 - 2000. I'm happy to get the parts. The sheet metal is going to be the biggest help.

Will it be worth it? - No. It would be cheaper to buy a late model truck. I just have a soft spot for my w100 which is where the parts will go.
By the time I'm done I'll still have an old truck and I'll have spent a lot of time and money to get it. Just plain dumb - You can do that as long as you understand that it is a hobby not an investment. that's what hobbies are for I guess.

If you want it - get it. Just think of it as a $0.01/pound money hole. If you get anything out of it it will be expensive fun.

good luck
