Not sure if all the NP420 parts are the same. You may need a parts book (W100/M37) to determine that or take measurements of the parts.
To my knowledge the internals are the same, cases are different. Probably would still need to verify that to be sure. I wouldn't swap out worn units, put in a rebuilt unless you know for sure it's a good unit.
