I am in the process of designing and fabricating a hitch receiver for my '49 Power Wagon that will bolt into the original pintle hitch bolt holes. I want something that I can exchange with the original pintle hitch with minimum effort and hassle and still be strong enough to pull at least 10,000#. With your hitch business, would it be possible to get me information on this type of setup? I don't like the combination pintle hitch / ball hitch that is available commercially. Thanks for any help you can give me.
