use helitools kit, put a 318 in it and do the disc brake conversion. or you can put a cummins 4cycl diesel in it. I think with helitools kits, it would be easier to use a 318 and bolt it all together. now all you need is a lot of extra time and money. I still need to work on my trucks, but have no time right now. My 48 has a poly 318 with an automatic in it, I need to swap the gears to the 4:89s or do an overdrive. Needs brakes first though. Soon as I got it It blew a brake line. been driving it around the yard without brakes when I need to move it. Can anyone tell me how to add a couple of days to the week?
