"Burping" the Cylinder Head

I have a stopcock on the head of my '50 B-2 PW, where a heater hose exits the head. Is this what I use to "burp" the head after draining and refilling the coolant, or is there another plug to remove? I'm about to drain and refill the coolant and can use the help. Thanks!
