I have seen a few, and I have one laying around here.

There is one on the 60 PW TW at VPW, and another on a 58 PW TW in CA.

As for them being on a flat six W100, I have never seen one, but that does not mean they were not offered. The parts books show a part number for a 58 flat six W100 fan shroud(1791 170).

I have seen them on pickups, and big trucks.

Do you need one?

I can see if I can track one down.
