That question has been asked about my 64 WM300,which puzzels me as I would think that is a no-brainer issue.
My friend, anytime one can acquire a mint condition Dodge of any year for a small sum, would you not think it wise to buy it?
As I say again, it has a mint,8' stepside bed with very little rust and the wood in the bed floor is in excellent shape and it has the Dodge , embossed tailgate. Now tell me, how many people are looking for a bed like that for their WM300s? What is the going rate of mint beds? How many people would love to have the excellent cab w/ good glass and front clip for their W-200 projects. Just because an item is plentiful in one area, doesn't mean it is everywhere else. We're talking $200 max. to purchase this truck. Is that not worth it? It also has a 225-2 w/NP420,maybe it runs ,maybe it doesn't. The southeast once had boocoo old cars and trucks scattered throughout the the states, but a decade back the gov.along w/scrap dealers and car manufactures, subsidised a deal to pay high scrap prices of almost $5 per 100lb. which resulted in a massive extermination of old vehicles. Anything old is fairly rare to find nowadays compared to what was once available.
Anyone looking for a excellent condition cab/front clip for a early to mid 60s Dodge pu ? If not my WM300 will have a nice bed and I'll have a good farm truck.
