I have a 1956 c3 ff. Question One
serial number is 83947467 the engine number is L230*4262* is this the correct engine for this truck.
Question Two
The engine had a miss on number 5 cyl so i took head off to look at valves. Broken exhaust valve number one cyl, and the rest dont look good ether, verticle groves in number 4 cylinder not good. my question is the truck is allready striped and only thing left on frame is the cab, can i pull ingine and trany together with cab on or is it easyer to pull cab then engine and trany.
Question three
Since i have to rebuild engine i would like to get as much power out as posible, any sugestions. I will be keeping my 230....
