The best option is to get the proper radiator that has supports that place it further under the nose of the truck and thus gives you more clearance in front of the fan. Another way to do this is by actually moving the cab to the rear a small amount and also moving the radiator nose forward a small amount to give a bit more space for the engine. You will probably have to get the fan blades relieved a bit to also help the fan clear the radiator. If you are careful, you can make it fit.
