If it is a Mopar electronic distributor and orange ECU, then my guess would be that it is from a 318. I have a 318LA electronic ignition system in my 318 Poly. Dodge said it wouldn't work, but it does, it works great. You can confirm this by measuring the lenght and diameter of the distributor shaft and comparing it to a 318 distributor.
