If your talking about a flat fender crew cab look at the pictures that Joe has in the "Pictures" secion at the top of the home page for this site. From what I have seen the frame is not altered. It is the standard PW frame. The front of the bed is shortened to accomodate the extended cab. I also understand that the front spring attachment point for the rear springs is used for supporting the rear of the cab. Apparent it just rests there, with pads, with out being bolted down. Weird, never seen it but several people have stated this.
