Well for one, all you need is to take a steering box and pump off a late '70s W-200 and it will go right on the M-880 and then you have Power Steering.
The M-880 is a Stock W-200 that has been militarized, meaning it has OD green or cammo paint, Military acessories, some are 24 volt system to use for radios etc, and most have blackout lites and bridge plates. The running gear and rest of the truck is EXACTLY the same as a W-200 of that era. The military rated them for 5/4 ton...
