Knapco Lockout Hubs

I was at our local recycling yard today to try again to get a pair of locking hubs off of a late 50's, perhaps 60's 1 1/2 -- 2 ton Ford truck with a Knapco conversion. (The front axle on this truck is huge). I was unable to get beyond the set screws because they are rounded out and/or froze. I thought about "buying" the axle out from underneath the thing --- working on the hubs at my "leasure", then taking the axle back and selling it back for scrap price because I was going to get the hubs at a ridicoulous cheap price. (They're Warn Hubs).
(I wanted them for either the W-500 or possibly my CCKW). But then I got thinking about spline count, axle size.
So if anyone knows this --- or someone wants them and wants to try --- they're located in Upstate NY ---
