actually,you only dont need to change your rear driveshaft, the front oneis in a different location, so it needs to be legethened, and in come cases the crossmember needs to be modified too... now as for the adapter, I believe any of the 80's-93 dodge W-350's (and some W-250's) have 727/205 setups, now I dont know if that adapter will bolt to your current Transmission. I also think it is easier, and better in the long run to go with the doubbler.. but I think it will cost more up front.. but I think you'll be happy with it.
