Like others have said, finding the rear pillow block (rear output shaft assembly) is the hard part to building a rear PTO. If you can find someone that has a rear pillow block housing that is willing to lend it to you, a cast iron copy can be made from the bare casting. There are companies out there that specialize in that, and the results can be very nice. The new casting will have to be machined to accept the bearings and seals, and a PTO shaft will have to be made, but that is relatively straight forward.
