My converted 1964 wm300 uses a 327 truck engine with a np. 540, it has front puck style mounts off the front of the engine, and uses the rear cross member from the donor 1.5 ton chevy. truck, the bell housing has the 2 mounts on the side. conversion has been running for 58 years. That's another story.
