In the PIF if you go to the TIPS section, Group 28, item "MM" there is step-by-step instructions on removal and installation. The rubber from VPW is pretty good and fits fairly well. I would get some RTV Silicone "Black" to hold the weather strip in place if you have issues. You may need the the clip for each vent without it the weatherstrip does not hold well in the lower curve. If you're missing the brass spacers for the screws, you can get those as well.
