I chucked the cable in my lathe which had one spindle speed of 84. 50 1/2 mph, perfect for a PW. I don't recall how to adjust it, bending something or tension on a clock spring? But while I was at it, I did all the loose speedos I had- even the the Volvo was 60mph @ 100 rpm.
