the serial number indicates it is a wc-4 mfd in 1941 T-207 flat faced cowl (open cab) with express body (pick up bed) with transverse seats (across bed) so look at the id plate on the glove box and see the delivery date. contract number is W398-QM-9140 most likely a dmv error as most trucks surplused after the war were generally dated as 1945 or newer as they were just considered ww2 models and no real attention to the delivery date was made, i have had dozens of ww2 trucks of various makes and have never had one with the correct6 date on a title! i never changed any as it was an arduous procedure at most dmvs...transverse troop seats are kinda rare! look on the bed sides for sets of holes or inside for a wooden ledge bolted to the bed side, there were two seat benches across the bed made of wood.
