I recently experienced similar problems reviving my WDX.

Check your battery leads for corrosion. Not just the cable ends. There may quite possibly be corrosion within the wire jackets limiting voltage to the starter.

I replaced my old battery leads with larger capacity sealed 1/0 leads from BatteryCablesUSA and very happy with results. $30-40 bucks and problem solved plus should prevent any further corrosion issues for a good long while.
