Stay cool and jump in the lake if needed. Keep things wet and be sure gutters are clean. Debris in gutters is a major way houses catch fire from fire embers.
When I lived in a fire zone in California, I was really tempted to put sprinklers along the ridge lines of my shake roof so I could wet it down if needed.
They tell you to have a defendable space around your house, but rarely if ever tell you to keep the gutters clean. I watched a video several years back that showed a house catch fire in the gutters while their defendable space did not burn.
