FWIW, I use a lot of rustoleum at work. Good primer, and shoots heavy for a quick job, which I need.
I finish with a ppg quick dry (xylene) that makes for an acceptable finish for this industrial environment.
Prolly shouldn't mix brands like that, but then orange peel is acceptable here. Scratches, chips and peeling is not, though, so these work for us..
